Package Deluxe - $300
Includes the following:
+ Studio space for 2 hours
+ Party Lighting, Sound System, and Use of tables & chairs
+ 60 minute dance class with choreographed routine

+ Extra time for refreshments, games, etc. (to be planned by party organizer)

POLICIES
- Both Package options accommodate 10 guests (plus the guest of honor). Party organizer may provide cake, beverages, decor, and party bags, unless otherwise arranged with Corazon Latino Dance Studio.
- The party will begin at the reserved time. If participants are late, the time will not be extended unless additional time is purchased.
- No additional Setup and cleanup time are included outside of Reservation time. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your event.
- Alcohol is permitted with prior approval from Corazon Latino i.e. champagne, wine, wine coolers, etc.
- Those who book the event are resonsible for leaving the studio at its same condition. Therefore responsible for damanges and clean up.
- The Instructors are not responsible for event clean up.
- If damage occurs or excessive cleanup is necessary after event, charges will be placed for damages and/or cleanup fee.
- Parties are scheduled/booked only by receipt of full payment in order to book both the studio and the instructor.
- NO Refunds after Event.
- Rescheduling with less than a 48-hour notice may result in a penalty charge.
- CORAZON LATINO may change instrctor & or studio space of event with notice.
- Parties must be booked and paid for in full 10 days in advance. Deposits are required for bookings past 60 days and can be refunded with the above- noted Cancellation/Refund Policy.
- A deposit of 50% of total is required in advance of event. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of event. No refunds.
- Please ask before recording the instructor's choreography.
- If the party goes over the scheduled time, you will be charged for the additional time.
