BEGINNER HIP-HOP 

Ever wanted to take a Hip Hop class just for fun?

Interested in learning how to dance and want a progressive beginner class to get you started?

For $15 on Fridays at 7 PM at Corazon Latino North Studio we are starting with the basics and building a dance foundation together.

Barre & Pilates
Barre takes postures inspired by ballet and combines them with core work and total body sculpting. Classes begin at the barre toning thighs, glutes, and calves and conclude on the mat with emphasis on the core.
Bellydance
Bellydance emphasizes movements of the abdomen and pelvis, and is an ideal way to develop deep abdominal core strength. This ancient Middle Eastern dance became the traditional method for imparting body awareness, techniques of posture and movement.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp incorporates bands, medicine balls, dumbbells, and your own body weight with high intensity cardio intervals. Every workout is unique keeping your muscles guessing!
Booty Werk
Booty Werk is all about fun and body movement. The class is high energy with lots of fun, easy dance moves to make you feel like you werked it. Werk your booty to music ranging from old school to current dance hits. 
Cardio Dance Party

Get ready to sweat your BODY off in a one-hour cardio dance party extravaganza. Keep your mind right and get your body tight by using classic dance moves with a modern twist.
Salsa & Bachata/ Cumbia
​
This class builds on patterns and technique taught the week by week. This class is for beginning students with no salsa dance experience as well as beginning salsa dancers.
​Total Body workout
This classs is a variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio excercise. We will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength.
Yoga
This Zin inspired class combines deep stretch and meditation practices to restore energy, strenghten the body, and improve overall balanced health. 
Zumba®
Zumba® takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party with Latin and World rhythms.
Zumba® Toning
Zumba® Toning puts extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
Ritmos Latinos
Learn to dance Latin American rhythms at the same time that you get fit and have fun, ideal to increase body expression and lose weight due to its high caloric burning. The ease of movement and body disinhibition complement each other and the learning of choreography is carried out in a dynamic.

Barre Hiit
A fusion class with ballet moves and high intensity interval training. This class targets the entire body and focuses on burning fat.You will experience high and low intervals that keep your heart rate up and promote lean muscles.
Fit Camp
Workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching.

Cardio resistance Class. Weights, Endurence, Resistance and Kickboxing.
